On 12 October, 2017, our guest\u00a0lecturer, Ana Poprizova, psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor in Gestalts Psychotherapy from the Institute \u201cSynergy\u201d and psychologist at Gymnasium \u201cOrce Nikolov\u201d, gave a presentation on the topic \u201cGestalts Psychology and Psychotherapy \u2013 Philosophy of Living\u201d. <\/em>The presentation was followed by UACS students of Psychology\u00a0as a part of the courses\u00a0in Child and Adolescent Development and Health and Clinical Psychology led by the Lecturer Dimitrinka Jordanova Peshevska, PhDc.<\/p>\n

The presentation capture the core principles of the Gestalt psychotherapy highlighting the holistic and humanistic approach and supporting the client in the therapeutic process to fulfill\u00a0 his growth and well-being. The students had an opportunity to interactively participate and practice several Gestalt psychotherapy techniques.<\/p>\n
