Prof. Marina Andeva, PhD co-authored a chapter with the title \u201cFearing endless demands and learning to negotiate the change: Minority representation in the Republic of Macedonia\u201d, in the book \u201cBeyond International Conditionality, Local Variations of Minority Representation in Central and South-Eastern Europe\u201d, edited by Bal\u00e1zs Vizi, Norbert T\u00f3th, Edg\u00e1r Dobos, published by Nomos Verlagsgesellschaft, one of the leading scientific publishers in legal and social sciences.<\/p>\n
The book addresses great changes in the accommodation of minority communities into South-East European and Central European countries; new bodies of minority self-governments, of elected and non-elected consultative bodies and new solutions for their parliamentary representation.<\/p>\n
These issues are addressed by offering an analysis of different forms of \u2018effective participation\u2019 for minorities in public life, the effects of European integration and detailed case studies of the different models adopted in South-East European and Central European countries.
