IDEAS\/RePec<\/a> is the largest bibliographic database dedicated to Economics and Business, indexing over 2,200,000 items of research.\u00a0The database also features researchers in economics, as well their respective institutions.<\/p>\n

Presently, the database features\u00a017 institutions from Macedonia<\/strong>, including 8 economic schools, 3 economic think tanks, 5 economic government institutions and 1 international organization in Macedonia.<\/p>\n

The database also features 40 economists from Macedonia<\/strong>, which registered in the database and who have their research work published worldwide.
\nFor a third year in row,\u00a0we are proud to announce that the School of Business Economics and Management (SBEM) of University American College Skopje tops the list<\/strong>, i.e. it is the first-ranked economic and business research institution in the country.
\nSimilarly,\u00a0UACS faculty tops the list of economic researchers<\/strong>. Namely, out of 9 top-ranked featured researchers, 4 are UACS faculty members (1, 2, 3 and 5-th places), and 1 is UACS doctoral student.<\/p>\n

Overall, UACS featured second research institution in the category of research during the last Shanghai ranking of the Macedonian higher-education institutions
\nUACS continues to invest in the research activities of its researchers, supporting them in conference participation, publishing in international peer reviewed journals, as well by supporting their project funding applications.<\/p>\n
