The framework of the scorecard factors offers valuable insights into how credit ratings are determined and their significant impact on financial landscapes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>The lecture also explored Case Studies that illustrated how Credit Ratings influence Governments&#8217; Spending and Financing and discussed the linkages between the central government and local governments as well as the connection between ratings, issuers\u2019 debt levels, and long-term economic stability.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div>\n<p>We thank Mr. Josifov for sharing his expertise and our students for their engaging contributions.
