During their two-week stay at Marand Consultants&#8217; headquarters in Skopje, the students worked in teams to explore the accounting cycle for service and merchandising entities.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: var(--global-body-font-family);\">By working in Oracle NetSuite ERP, students gained first-hand experience that enhanced their understanding of key financial processes in a real-world, digitized environment. Students effectively bridge the gap between theory and practice by navigating the system&#8217;s integrated modules for accounting, financial reporting, and business management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: var(--global-body-font-family);\">This hands-on exposure to an industry-leading ERP platform equips them with the technical skills and insights necessary to thrive in today\u2019s data-driven workplace. With businesses increasingly relying on digital tools for financial operations, SBEM students are better prepared for future careers, standing out for their ability to apply accounting concepts within cutting-edge software environments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: var(--global-body-font-family);\">We greatly appreciated the opportunity given to our students, which was a direct benefit of UACS\u2019s membership in the educational program Oracle Academy.
