Who you are<\/strong>
\nYou are a communicative individual, eager to learn, with a growth mindset to join our dynamic
\nteam. As a Training Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting LEORON’s portfolio of
\nlearning and development services, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction, and
\nstrengthening our market position. You will be responsible for identifying client requirements,
\nnegotiating prices, and promoting additional services, while overseeing all project management
\nactivities for your projects.<\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll do<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Maintain and expand the prospect database within your assigned territory.
\n\u2022 Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients.
\n\u2022 Expand the client database daily.
\n\u2022 Conduct a minimum of 15 sales presentations weekly.
\n\u2022 Maintain consistent communication with clients via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
\n\u2022 Respond to customer needs with customized training solutions.
\n\u2022 Service existing customers and develop new ones.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with senior team members to enhance your skills.
\n\u2022 Conduct market research to identify potential target groups and competitors.
\n\u2022 Promote public courses and services on social media.
\n\u2022 Build and maintain relationships with new and existing large accounts.
\n\u2022 Coordinate logistics for courses, including location, travel arrangements, and
\nmaterials.
\n\u2022 Travel to GCC countries or key client locations as needed.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in General Studies, Economics, Law, Communication, or
\nLanguages.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in English (Business English, both written and spoken).
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s Degree is a plus.<\/p>\n
