You will develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and setting. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in recruitment &amp; consulting and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Updating candidate\u2019s database<\/li>\n<li>Helping in advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client&#8217;s vacancy<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client<\/li>\n<li>Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job via email<\/li>\n<li>Preparing CVs and creating DBH branded profiles to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants<\/li>\n<li>Informing candidates about the results of interviews<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in accounting duties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Requirements &amp; Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong desire to learn along with professional drive<\/li>\n<li>Ambition and the determination to succeed<\/li>\n<li>Time management and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Fluent verbal and written English communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint &amp; Excel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t be shy, send your CV at <a href=\"mailto:wecare@dreambighospitality.com\">wecare@dreambighospitality.com<\/a> with Subject line: DBH Intern Application<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who are we?
