UACS training – “How to manage ‘problematic’ people through successful communication and conflict management”
On March 30 and 31, UACS had the privilege to host our very own Zdenka Nikolovska, an SDI experienced senior trainer, MPPM, CMC, PMP Certified 3Q Practitioner, and Trainer, Certified Life Coach and Dream Builder Coach, and Certified GCDF, organized by University American College Skopje.
Speaking in front of an open audience at UACS premises, her training presentation focused on “How to manage ‘problematic’ people through successful communication and conflict management”, encapsulating all the positive practices and examples of identifying and managing people in a professional and personal environment.
It was an honor for everybody involved to be a part of this exciting training and to learn so many new things about the inner workings of different kinds of personalities from such a fresh perspective. We are very grateful to Zdenka Nikolovska for dedicating her time, knowledge, and expert skills to this training, and we can’t wait to see her again in the near future!
